In the year 1999, taking inspiration from the spirit of upliftment of technical education, propagation of education and social service, the founder of the society, Ashish Srivastava, formed a society, which was registered as a society in the Registrar of Firms and Societies of Madhya Pradesh Government as “The College “Off Career Computer and Technology” in the name of District Chhatarpur (M.P.).
