सेवा गतिविधि : ग्राम पनौठा, में
निःशुल्क नेत्र, हर्निया, हाइड्रोसिल, बबासीर जांच शिविर सम्पन्न
आज बुधवार, दिनांक 21 फरवरी 2024 को जिला छतरपुर के ग्राम पनौठा जिला छतरपुर में सामाजिक संस्था : सार्थक पहल ~ “एक नई शुरुआत” के सहयोग से निःशुल्क नेत्र, हर्निया, हाइड्रोसिल, बबासीर जांच शिविर सम्पन्न हुआ। सेवा गतिविधि में जिला चिकित्सालय की नेत्र रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ रचना चौरसिया एवं सर्जरिकल विशेषज्ञ डॉ सुनील चौरसिया के सहयोग से यह शिविर सम्पन्न हुआ। जिसमें 150 से अधिक मरीजों की निःशुल्क जांच की गयी। एवं चिन्हित मरीजों को उपचार हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गये। 10 मरीजों को ऑपरेशन के लिए जिला अस्पताल रेफर किया गया। जहां उनका निःशुल्क ऑपरेशन कर लेंस, चश्मा एवं दवा वितरण किया जाएगा। उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पनौठा के स्टाफ का सहयोग सराहनीय रहा।
प्रसिद्ध सर्जन डॉ सुनील चौरसिया ने बताया कि हाइड्रोसिल, बवासीर (पाईल्स), फिशर, फिस्टला के चिन्हित मरीजों का ऑपरेशन छतरपुर हॉस्पिटल एवं रिसर्च सेंटर, नौगांव रोड, यूनिटेक एनक्लेव में रियायती दरों पर किया जायेगा।
Prize Distribution and Teacher's honor Ceremony
15-12-2023 As the first activity of the new session of the leading social service organization 'Sarthak Pahal' ~ a new beginning, the distribution of awards to talented students and felicitation ceremony of teachers was held in Government Secondary School, Hama, District Chhatarpur today on 15th December 2023. In which villagers and parents along with school staff and students were present. 
Cataract Operations
On dated 22.12.2022, cataract operation and lens implantation was done at Chhatarpur Hospital by a team of ophthalmologists including Dr. Rachna Chaurasia, Dr. GL Ahirwar, Dr. Ankur Khare. Arrangements for food, medicines, spectacles and transportation of patients etc. were made free of cost to the patients.

There was special support from Ashish Srivastava, Ambika Srivastava, Abhilasha Chaudhary, Dr. Rachna Chaurasia, Dr. Sunil Chaurasia on behalf of the social organization Sarthak Pahal, Ajay Aggarwal, Dr. AP Saxena retired professor, Dr. HN Khare, Dr. Manjusha Saxena as special guests. Professor remained present at Maharaja College.

In which IT Head and Software Developer Mrs. Ambika Srivastava informed the students about upcoming new technologies like web development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science. 
Birthday Celebration with Unpriviledged Children
Celebrated birthday by cutting cake with children living on the roadside in Panna Road, in front of Civil Lines Police Station, Chhatarpur. The children were happy after receiving the gift.
The presence of Ambika Srivastava, Mrs. Shweta Dwivedi, Dr. Rachna Chaurasia, Ashish Srivastava and other members from the meaningful initiative under the special hospitality of RSS's Shri Bhal Chandra Natu ji was commendable. 
Free medical examination and consultation
The member doctors of Sarthak Pahal also provided free blood pressure and diabetes checkup, free eye checkup, free medicine distribution and free consultation to the poor and other visiting patients. Today, consultation, free testing and medicine were distributed to 55 patients by Dr. Sunil Chaurasia (surgeon) and ophthalmologist Dr. Rachna Chaurasia Have Other Queries?
